In 1997, the Entrepreneur, Shyamal Dasgupta having armed with engineering and management degrees, enrolled in master’s program in ‘Computer Science’ at Johns Hopkins University. Since then, he sharpened his computer skill while working in various companies for last 20 years.

During his twenty long professional career, he held many important positions, including the position of Executive Director of WEBEL, wherein he left his indelible mark in the areas of business and Technology. He helmed IT strategy and operation improvements driving a fast growth centric company (projected to reach $150 million quickly from $50 million), restructured and directed teams to boost performances, create synergy, strengthen skill levels and performance expectation. Due to his relentless effort, the company exceeded annual goals by more than 11% in key metrics including profit, revenue, employee retention and customer service for two successive years

At this point Shyamal realized that he could utilize his background to make a difference in this rambling IT field in business world. In the year 2014, Shyamal founded the company JS Associate, LLC.

He engaged the team in coding and implementing IT projects in greater Washington DC area since 2014.

He started this business because he was jaded out of doing the run-of-the-mill application of technology and he believed there had to be a better way.
